Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for quality concerns or size issues from our end, provided the request is made within 3 days of delivery.

Processing Time

Approved exchanges will be processed within 15 working days, free of charge.

Replacement Charges

A Rs. 500/- fee applies for size exchanges due to incorrect ordering.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition as you received it

  • Unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase

Returns must be sent to a specific address (provided upon request).
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
Contact us immediately if your item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved.

If approved:

  • You’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 15 business days

  • Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund
